Some days you wake up motivated, get things done, drink your water, hit your goals…
And other days? You’re tired, distracted, and doing the bare minimum.
Both days count.
We don’t talk enough about the in-between days; the ones where you’re not at your best, but you didn’t quit either. The days where showing up looks like doing something, even if it’s small.
Growth isn’t about being perfect every day. It’s about staying consistent enough that you don’t fall all the way back.
So if today wasn’t your most productive day, don’t spiral.
You’re still trying. You’re still showing up.
And honestly? That matters more than you think.
